Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Default Final Judgment entered in this cause on December 27, 2018 the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows:
South Pasadena Mobile Home Park, Inc., 801 - 64th Street South, Lot #156, St. Petersburg, FL 33707 according to the Master Form of Right of Exclusive Possession Agreement recorded on September 9, 1993 in O.R. Book 8397, Page 903, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and that certain Individual Right of Exclusive Possession Agreement recorded on August 5, 2003 in O.R. Book 12957, Page 2200, together with all exhibits and amendments thereto; and
TOGETHER WITH that certain Stock Certificate Number 156 issued by the Cooperative to Raymond L. Gladd and Dama R. Gladd, Husband and Wife, and Raymond L. Gladd, Jr., evidencing their percentage interest in the Cooperative, and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom (the “Certificate”).
The street address of the Property is 801 - 64th Street South, Lot #156, St. Petersburg, FL 33707, and the Parcel Identification Number of the Property is 29-31-16-84352-000-1560.
TOGETHER WITH the mobile home identified as a 1953 NEWM Mobile Home having Vehicle Identification Number 4012043, and Title Number 0008330657.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on February 4, 2019, beginning at 10:00 a.m., via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. PURCHASERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE APPROVED FOR RESIDENCY IN THE PARK IN ACCORDANCE WITH PARK RULES.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
