NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 5, 2018, and entered in Case No. 52-2018-CA-003328 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee, in trust for the registered holders of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-FM2, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, is the Plaintiff and Elizabeth A. Eaton , Forest Run Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 6TH Day of February, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 9, LESS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PORTION OF SAID LOT 9, COUNTRYSIDE-TRACT 60, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGES 78 TO 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 9, THENCE NORTH 13 DEGREES 54 MINUTES 21 SECONDS EAST, FOR 115.06 FEET TO AN INTERESECTION WITH THE ARC OF A CURVE CONCAVE TO THE NORTHEAST, THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE ARC OF SAID CURVE HAVING A RADIUS OF 845.00 FEET AND A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 0 DEGREES 13 MINUTES 25 SECONDS, FOR 3.30 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 15 DEGREES 32 MINUTES 55 SECONDS WEST, FOR 115.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
