NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 06, 2018, and entered in 2018-CA-006801-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and MARINA ONACA; THE AZUR AT METROWEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR TAYLOR, BEAN & WHITAKER MORTGAGE CORP. are the Defendant(s). Tiffany Moore Russell as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on February 04, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
