NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 10, 2018, and entered in Case No. 48-2018-CA-001140-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Nomura Asset Acceptance Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR6, is the Plaintiff and Norm Goebel a/k/a Norman L. Goebel a/k/a Norman Goebel, Surrey Ridge Community Association, Inc., and Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 11th day of February, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 11; THEN NORTH 58 DEGREES, 25 MINUTES, 59 SECONDS WEST, 48.54 FEET; ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 11, THENCE NORTH 25 DEGREES, 56 MINUTES, 87 SECONDS EAST, 115.69 FEET TO A POINT ON A CURVE ON THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 11; THENCE SOUTH EASTERLY ALONG THE ARC OF SAID CURVE BEING CONCAVE TO THE NORTHEAST HAVING A RADIUS OF 625.00 FEET, A DELTA OF 04 DEGREES, 25 MINUTES, 58 SECONDS, AN ARC LENGTH OF 48.35 FEET ALONG SAID NORTHERLY LINE TO THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 11; THENCE SOUTH 25 DEGREES, 56 MINUTES, 37 SECONDS WEST 118.58 FEET ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 11, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
