NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, dated April 11, 2018, and entered in Case Number: 2017-CA-9145, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein INSIGHT CREDIT UNION F/K/A INSIGHT FINANCIAL CREDIT UNION is the Plaintiff, and TRACEY MCCABE; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; and CAPITAL ONE BANK are the Defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale on-line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on February 12, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, to-wit:
Lot 12, Block B, Bonneville, Section 1, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book W, Page(s) 90, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
