NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 7, 2019 and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-004757-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-W10, is Plaintiff and GLENN WELZ A/K/A GLENN DAVID WELZ; LEITHA WELZ; ET. AL. are Defendants, the Office of Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 21st day of February 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 411, Watermill, Section Four, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 97 and 98 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
