NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 14, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-010397-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and PAUL J. KLIMCZAK A/K/A PAUL KLIMCZAK; STACEY KLIMCZAK A/K/A STACEY M. KLIMCZAK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CIT BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A ONEWEST BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A ONEWEST BANK, FSB, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, F.S.B., AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, FSB; WINTER HILL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK. REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 14th day of February, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, WINTER HILL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE(S) 100 - 102, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
