NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2019 and entered in Case No. 18000641CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MERITAGE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-3, is Plaintiff and GREGORY F. TENK; et. al. are Defendants, the Office of Roger D. Eaton, Charlotte County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 11th day of February 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 322, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 21, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 12A THRU 12G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiffs mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
