Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 18000601CA , of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON TRUST, NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF REGISTERED HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR2 is the Plaintiff, and STACY R PARKER; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURT OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA; CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; are Defendants.
