NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 03, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018CA000673AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and FABIO L. DIOSES A/K/A F DIOSES, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina 'Angel' Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 05 day of March, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK D, FLORIDANA MOBILE HOMESITE SUBDIVISION, SECTION ONE, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH 1994 KING MOBILE HOME ID NOS: N86411A AND N86411B, TITLE NOS: 66976243 AND 66976244
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
