NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 3, 2019 and entered in Case No. 2018CA-001340-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R2, is Plaintiff and RINA L. GRAY A/K/A RINA GRAY; GEORGE GRAY A/K/A GEORGE GRAY, III; et. al. are Defendants, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 18th day of February 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK G, GOLDEN NORTHGATE UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, AT PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
