HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-OP1, is Plaintiff CHIANG C. FULSE; ROSITTIA M. FULSE A/K/A ROSITTA M. FULSE; are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 8TH day of FEBRUARY, 2019. the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 111 FEET OF LOT 5 AND 6, BLOCK 33, L.A. MORGAN'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
