NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on December 13, 2018 in Civil Case No. 2016CA-003314-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-8 is the Plaintiff, and LOURDES PONCE A/K/A LOURDES S. PONCE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOURDES S. PONCE A/K/A LOURDES PONCE; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7; STATE OF FLORIDA; POLK COUNTY CLERK OF COURT; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC.; POINCIANA VILLAGE THREE ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A DANIEL PONCE; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A MARIA PONCE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on February 12, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, BLOCK 787 OF POINCIANA NEIGHBORHOOD 5 NORTH, VILLAGE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE(S) 27 THROUGH 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
