NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 8, 2019, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Third Floor lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7 day of February, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:
Site 62, Pelican Bay Unit Ten, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 64 through 67, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within (60) days after the sale.
