NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2019, in the above action, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Collier County, Florida, on February 7, 2019 at 11:00 AM, at Lobby 3rd Floor Courthouse Annex of Collier County Courthouse 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 for the following described property:
Apartment No . 402, Building B, of Ville De Marco West, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 521, at Page 457, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
