NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 21, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-001274 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and ANGELA ELLIOTT A/K/A ANGELA MARIE ELLIOTT A/K/A ANGLA ELLIOTT; et.al., are Defendants, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 19th day of February 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 118, BLOCK B, GLENRIDGE PHASE THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 98, PAGE 14, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED FROM TERRY ALAN ELLIOTT TO ANGELA ELLIOTT BY DEED RECORDED NOVEMBER 05, 2007 IN BOOK 7473, PAGE 1138 IN THE REGISTRAR'S OFFICE OF POLK COUNTY.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
