Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 3, 2019, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 708-W OF GULF ISLAND BEACH AND TENNIS CLUB II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3300, PAGE 208 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
