ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-FRE1, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff, and RICARDO RIVERA, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 3 day of April, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7, Block 87, Unit 9, Section 3, Township 45 South, Range 26 East, LEHIGH ACRES, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page(s) 95, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
