NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 12, 2018, and entered in 2018CA000681000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS TRUSTEE FOR CIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF FRANCES W. GUSHLAW (DECEASED); MICHAEL W. GUSHLAW A/K/A MICHAEL GUSHLAW; TONY GUSHLAW; JOHN GUSHLAW; MIDFLORIDA CREDIT UNION F/K/A MIDFLORIDA FEDERAL CREDIT UNION are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 12, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
