NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 13, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2018CA001982CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and MAMIE L. QUEEN, are defendants. Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 12TH day of FEBRUARY, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1544, EMBASSY HILLS UNIT SEVENTEEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
