NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-002671 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-PR4 Trust, Plaintiff and Patricia Ann Davis are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on February 7, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

SUBJECT TO INGRESS, EGRESS, DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT SET FORTH IN WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2526, PAGES 2591 THROUGH 2597, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
