NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 19, 2018, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-001936 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Mary P. Felix, Ramon Felix, Unknown Tenants/Owners 1, Unknown Tenants/Owners 2, Unknown Tenants/Owner 3, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM on the 7 day of February, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 2, BLOCK 217, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 6 PART 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 1 THROUGH 7, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property address: 5425 25TH PL SW NAPLES, FL 34116.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
