NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of December, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017 CA 006374 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and NEIL T. LAFOREST; BIRD BAY LEISURE, INC.; SEA GRAPE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NEIL T. LAFOREST; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 14th day of March, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 78, BIRD BAY VILLAGE, UNIT 1, A/K/A SEA GRAPE VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1014, PAGE 1742, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 6, PAGE 53, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
