NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 19, 2018 in Civil Case No. 2013 CA 005052 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC CORP. is Plaintiff and MICHAEL S. SCHEPISEA/K/A MICHAEL SCHEPISE, CELESTE VEGA, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court ANGELINA COLONNESO, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 26th day of February, 2019 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot C-3, FOUNDERS CLUB, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 30, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
