NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-005829 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Jessica Lynn Berry a/k/a Jessica L. Berry a/k/a Jessica Berry are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on February 5, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
BEGIN AT NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST AND RUN THENCE SOUTH 235 FEET: THENCE EAST 210 FEET, THENCE NORTH 235 FEET AND THENCE WEST 210 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, ALL LYING AND BEING SITUATE IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY. FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
