NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 2nd day of January 2019, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-003460, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-46CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-46CB, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DONNA KARA A/K/A DONNA JAYNE KARA; MARK KARA; APOLLO BEACH COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; RHH ENTERPRISES INC, DBA ACE PEST CONTROL; ERIK KARA A/K/A ERIK C. KARA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 20th day of February 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
