NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2018, and entered in 17-CA-000810 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR ASSET BACKED FUNDING CORPORATION ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-HE1 is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST TROY A. MAZZELLA, DECEASED; DENNIS MAZZELLA ; THE ESTATES OF LAKEVIEW VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR ACCREDITED HOME LENDERS, INC.; GIAVANNA DEMMA-MAZZELLA, A MINOR, BY AND THROUGH HER NATURAL GUARDIAN, NICHOLE DEMMA are the Defendant(s).
