NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2018, entered in Case No. 16-CA-007290 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as trustee for Deutsche Alt-A Securities Inc. Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-AR5 is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Michael David Unger a/k/a Mike Unger, Deceased; Elizabeth May Razilou; JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA; Michael Clark Unger a/k/a Michael Unger; Robert James Unger; Edward Unger are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 5th day of February, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

THE POINT OF BEGINNING LESS ROAD RIGHT OF WAY ON THE WEST SIDE AND LESS THAT PORTION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY CONVEYED TO THE COUNTY OF HILLSBOROUGH, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, BY DEED RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1789, PAGE 532 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
