NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of December, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16001787CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and KELLY WRIGHT A/K/A KELLY A. WRIGHT; STATE OF FLORIDA, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA C/O PINELLAS COUNTY JUSTICE CENTER; THOMAS DIXON; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KELLY WRIGHT A/K/A KELLY A. WRIGHT; CLERK OF THE COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ADAM TAMMARO; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KEN BURKE as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 5th day of March, 2019, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
