NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 27th of December 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-005760-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR HILLDALE TRUST, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff, against Defendants, ANDREW T SASALA, ADAM K BURNETT, and UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 6th day of March 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
