NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 21, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-004966-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Specialized Loan Servicing LLC is the Plaintiff and Linda S. Carrino a/k/a Linda Carrino; Unknown Spouse of Linda S. Carrino a/k/a Linda Carrino; City of St. Petersburg, Florida; Florida Housing Finance Corporation; Patrician Garden Apartments Association a/k/a Patrician Gardens Apartments Association; City of St. Petersburg, Florida; Florida Housing Finance Corporation are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 6th day of February, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT 204E, PATRICIAN GARDEN APARTMENTS ASSOCIATION, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2119, PAGE 716 AND AMENDMENT THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3031, PAGE 579 AND ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 9, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THEREOF ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
