AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-10 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-10 is the Plaintiff and HEATHER RENEE SWAFFORD A/K/A HEATHER SWAFFORD; RICHARD NICHOLAS BUSINO; FERN GLEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
