NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2018, and entered in 17-CA-011092 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR7 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR7 is the Plaintiff and EDUARDO A. GUTIERREZ; 12776 COUNTRY BROOK LANE, LLC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER; TOWNHOMES OF COUNTRY VIEW HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
