NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 3, 2019 and entered in Case No. 2018-003874-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida. David A. Donat and Connie S. Hanlon, Co-Trustees of The David A. Donat and Doris L. Donat Trust Dated April 6, 1993, Plaintiffs, and Kenneth Torrens, et al., Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on March 20, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
