NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2018 and entered in Case No. 18-003060-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-NLC1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-NLC1, is Plaintiff and AMANDA C. SPOHNHOLTZ; et. al. are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 22nd day of March 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 60, BAY PINES ESTATES UNIT 9, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 9928 52nd Terrace, Saint Petersburg, FL 33708
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
