NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 27, 2018, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-000507 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION D/B/A/ GTE FINANCIAL, is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF MINNIE M. ROSS A/K/A MINNIE MAE ROSS, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of February, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 1422, Building 14, River Oaks Condominium II, Phase I, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 3817, Page 512, and all amendments thereto, and according to Condominium Plat Book 3, Page 48, and Condominium Plat Book 3, Page 55, all in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
