NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2018 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-008970 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC., TRUST 2007-HE7 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE7, is Plaintiff and MICHAEL J. TASSINARI, et. al., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of March 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 3-A, WELLSWOOD SECTION “A”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 111, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
