NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 3, 2019, and entered in Case No. 17-000831-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which CIT Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Faith Auman, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Jane Doe, Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 21st day of February, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
