NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 18-003945-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JANET L. HOLMER, DECEASED, et al. are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 15th day of February, 2019, the following described property:
LOT 1, BLOCK L, EL DORADO HILLS ANNEX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
