NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated December 10, 2018, entered in Case No. 2017-CA-008005-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-EMX1 is the Plaintiff and Tania Moreno a/k/a Tania I Moreno Padron; Unknown Spouse of Tania Moreno a/k/a Tania I. Moreno Padron; Willowbrook at Meadow Woods Homeowners' Association Inc.; Law Offices of La Ley con John H. Ruiz, P. A. are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 12th day of February, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 176, WILLOWBROOK - PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 63 AND 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
