NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 07, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-007179-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and ROSANNE LATORRE, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 08 day of March, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 1213, of THE TRADEWINDS, a MetroWest Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 8476, Page 544, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and together with any amendments to said Declarations.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
