NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 15th day of October 2018, entered in the above-captioned action, CASE NO. 2019-CA-001078 (D), the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 A.M. at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on February 14, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
