NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 27, 2018 in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-000530-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and SUMMIT PLACE COMMUNITY HOLDINGS, LLC; DORIAN MILLS; SUMMIT PLACE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A ROCIO BARIANTES, UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A IVAN BARIANTES are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Crystal K. Kinzel will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on February 14, 2019 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 109, SUMMIT PLACE IN NAPLES, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 63 THROUGH 66, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
