NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 14, 2018 in Civil Case No. 11-2016-CA-001227-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, CITIBANK N.A. is the Plaintiff, and ARTURO J MALDONADO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ARTURO J. MALDONADO; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; THE FOUNDATION OF PELICAN MARSH, INC.; ARIELLE AT PELICAN MARSH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ARIELLE AT PELICAN MARSH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A ARIELLE SECTION 1 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A BARBARA FEENEY; et al., are Defendants.

UNIT NO. 2507, OF ARIELLE SECTION 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2256, PAGE(S) 1718 THROUGH 1795, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
