Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 11, 2019, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida described as:

THENCE RUN SOUTH 330 FEET; THENCE WEST 72 FEET; THENCE NORTH 330 FEET; THENCE EAST FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS 25 FEET ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
and commonly known as: 4714 ELLERBE DR, LAKELAND, FL 33801; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on FEBRUARY 14, 2019 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
