NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16 day of January, 2019, and entered in Case No.18-CA-001288, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA N.A., is the Plaintiff and Sonja trepper; baypointe yacht and racquet club condominium associatio, inc., are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on the 4 day of March, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
unit e-508, in baypoint yacht and racquet club condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements and limited common elements appurtenant thereto according to the declaration of condominium recorded in o.r. book 1745, at page 2221, and subsequent amendments thereto all as recorded in the public records of lee county, florida.
