NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 16, 2019, entered in Case No.: 18-CA-001011, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in, wherein wilmington savings fund society, fsb, as owner trustee of the residential credit opportunities trust v-b, is the Plaintiff, and Melissa l. chavez, adalberto chavez, maria landaverde antonio landaverde, city of fort myers, a municipal corporation of the state of florida, are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, LINDA DOGGETT, will sell at public sale on FEB. 20, 2019, at 9:00 A.M. to the highest bidder for cash on line at www.lee.realforeclose.com in LEE County, Florida, after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 74, arlington subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court in plat book 16, pages 38-39, of the public records of lee county, Florida
including the buildings, appurtenances, and fixtures located thereon.
