NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-000061 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for County, Florida wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, as Trustee of Upland Mortgage Loan Trust A, is the Plaintiff and donna m. orstrom; unknown trustee of the donna m. orstrom rev. trust; the unknown beneficiaries of the donna m. orstrom rev. trust; any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, or against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants., are Defendants, Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 15 day of FEB., 2019, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
