NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-004190 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein deutsche bank national trust company, as indenture trustee for american home mortgage investment trust 2005-2, is Plaintiff and salvatore pace; unknown spouse of salvatore pace are Defendants, the Office of Linda Doggett, Lee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.lee. realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 17 day of April, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 27 and 28, block 5947, unit 93, cape coral subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 25, pages 1 through 21, of the public records of lee county, florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
