NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 18-CA-001180 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein federal national mortgage association (“Fannie mae”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the united states of america, Plaintiff, and april carter a/k/a april czaplewski a/k/a april k. czaplewski a/k/a april k. gorff a/k/a april gorff; ashley scott a/k/a ashley n. scott; unknown spouse of ashley scott a/k/a ashley n. scott; kaylee e. carter; unknown spouse of kaylee e. carter; discover bank; midland funding llc; consolidated asset management I, llc; john m. kiefer, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 16 day of May, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, block 22, unit 4, section 36, township 44 south, range 26 east, lehigh acres, as recorded in plat book 15, page 92, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
